What to expect at Adore?
We encourage you to come as you are and want you to always leave feeling better than when you walked in. We want you to feel as though you are a part of a community of people who cheer for you and want you to succeed.
Our highly trained team of instructors are passionate about feel good movement and committed to ongoing mentoring and training to consistently deliver an exceptional member experience.
At Adore we are more than just a Pilates studio, we celebrate each other’s successes and encourage each other to be the very best versions of ourselves.

How do I get started?
Step 1
The BEST way to get started is with our Intro Offer. Designed especially to give you a taste of our studio and for us both to get to know each other. If you haven’t grabbed it yet,
Step 2
Let’s get you booked into your first class! All of our classes are suitable for beginners right through to the Pilates pro! Pick a time slot that suits you and book in. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class so that we can meet you, show you around the studio and make sure you are settled.
Step 3
Relax! We’ve got you and are so looking forward to meeting you in the studio.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer beginner classes?
All of our classes are ideal for beginners and are designed for each participant to work at their own pace and level. You’ll be given options throughout your class so that you are always working to your full pilates potential.
How many classes a week should I be doing?
We recommend attending a minimum of two classes per week to really maximise the benefits that Pilates has to offer. If you can get to more – AMAZING you’ll definitely notice the positive changes in your body sooner! Two classes a week is an ideal way to experience and really notice your body get stronger, your balance improve and have those endorphins pumping.
I am pregnant/postpartum can I join your classes?
Is your studio only for females?
No, our classes are designed for everyone! However for the gents, we offer Men’s Reformer classes if you’d prefer to work out alongside other blokes. Our Men’s Reformer class is Wednesday 6.30pm.
