Our 45 minute Reformer Pilates classes encourage feel good movement in a fun and supportive environment. Come as you are and leave feeling strong, empowered and like you’ve had a damn good workout.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, looking to return to exercise or an avid Pilates lover, our professional and passionate Pilates instructors will deliver a full body workout ensuring you are always working to your full Pilates potential.
Pre/post natal clients – We’d love you to join us once your healthcare provider has given you the okay. Pilates is for everyone and we can’t wait to support you with movement on your pre/post natal journey. Men’s Reformer
A class for the fellas to experience just how good Pilates makes them feel.
You’ve heard your mum, wife, sister and colleagues rave about their love for Reformer Pilates and there’s a small (or maybe BIG) part of you that wants to know just what all the hype is about. After all, isn’t Pilates just stretching??
Come and join us every Wednesday at 6.30pm for a 45 minute class where we deliver a full body workout encompassing elements of strength, mobility, balance and core. Our highly skilled instructors will guide you through the class providing encouragement and support along with any modifications you need to ensure you are always working to your full Pilates potential.
